Senior Business Execution Consultant-Auto Third-Party Primary Business Liaison

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant-Auto Third-Party Primary Business Liaison within our Auto Third-Party Management Oversight Team. This role will be responsible for the oversight of moderate to high level risk Third-Party vendors. This includes collaborating with Wells Fargo Auto teams to understand and manage our third-party risk portfolio, ensuring compliance with Wells Fargo’s Third-Party Policy and managing the third party life-cycle. In this role, you will: Manage Third Party Program (TPP) life-cycle activities as the Primary Business Liaison and serving as the subject matter expert for third party requirements and deliverables. Manage third party engagements in the System for Third-Party Operational Risk Management (STORM) and ensure data is accurate, reviewed, and updated on an ongoing basis. Engage in the development and continued maintenance of Auto’s Third-Party Oversight Plans including oversight of business monitoring activities. Support the Third-Party Program executive governance process by assisting in the preparation of agendas, artifacts, and reporting on third party risk associated with WF Auto Operations portfolio, including vendor activity, issues, risks, and recommendations. Identify and monitor third party key risk indicators and metrics as needed. Monitor completion dates associated with engagements and subscriptions to ensure contract renewals are processed timely, to ensure continuity. Attend meetings hosted by the Group Third Party Officers and Relationship Managers to understand changes to third party processes, STORM system updates, and third-party vendor risks. Manage a central repository of third-party documentation including retention of required governance artifacts, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documentation related to due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities. Manage the Operational Review assessments, as applicable, for Auto Operations’ Third Parties and additionally assigned Third Parties Coordinate production of periodic operational risk performance scorecards, metrics and reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommended strategies. Partner and collaborate across a complex and matrixed environment. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and manage projects involving stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills 3+ years’ experience in Third-Party Risk Management experience supporting Auto. Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Third-Party Program and Third-Party Risk Management Policy. Experience with TPP Life Cycle Procedures Experience with Third-Party Operational Risk Management database (STORM/Process Unity) and/or similar industry Risk Life Cycle database. Proven experience in improving vendor performance. Proven ability to lead the implementation of programs, services and/or initiatives with high risk and complexity. Meeting facilitation experience that results in consensus and commitment. Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships. Proficient adaptability, change management, consulting, Risk & Compliance acumen. Ability to support lower-level employees with additional training or development opportunities. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
