What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities) • Blend creativity with data to refine and evolve our proven marketing playbook, pushing campaigns further and faster. • Turn insights into action by measuring performance in real-time and adapting strategies to meet the needs and buying behaviors of our audience. • Experiment boldly with new tactics to expand audiences, deepen engagement, and amplify reach across every channel. • Write and launch high-converting offers—from punchy short-form to persuasive long-form copy—that spark immediate action and sales. • Own the email calendar end-to-end: choose campaigns, craft irresistible messaging, optimize timing, and track results to keep revenue flowing. • Unlock growth through innovation—identify fresh opportunities to boost KPIs with smarter automation, laser-focused segmentation, and relentless A/B testing. • Drive go-to-market success by aligning marketing with business operations to launch training events and products that scale revenue. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience ideating, writing, and analyzing direct response marketing campaigns • Proven success with direct response copywriting (please submit examples with your resume) • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant experience • Ability to measure digital campaign performance using analytics tools and sales reports • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Provide cover letter and writing samples Let us know if you have experience with: • Direct response copywriting • Online course marketing • Live event marketing • Familiarity with PowerBi, Excel, Hubspot, and arenaflex Analytics Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States following an offer of employment.
