Toll Brothers seeks a Mortgage Reporting Developer and LOS Admin to provide ongoing support for the Loan Origination System used by Toll Brothers Mortgage, a fully-owned subsidiary. What is the opportunity? This positions is hybrid with 2 days required on-site. The Sr Application Systems Admin will primarily be focused on 1) projects of medium /large/enterprise in scope and 2) serve as a third tier for the day-to-day mortgage application support. The nature of the projects will primarily be large enhancements / new functionality that are department roadmap and/or enterprise strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute advanced configuration changes in Encompass to 1) remediate issues and 2) implement new functionality/features.
- Manage a project portfolio and milestones/delivery dates for each project. For assigned projects, execute all tasks related to the following roles: project management, business analysis / documenting and gathering requirements, solution design, development (Encompass configurations), and quality assurance testing. Furthermore, support the 1) business in user acceptance testing 2) training department for update of desk guides. Execute deployment of solutions and ensure adoption during enterprise rollout.
- On projects that require the development team, assist on an as needed basis with eliciting/documenting requirements and internal IT quality assurance testing. Furthermore, coordinate and monitor project tasks with other IT entities outside of Mortgage Application Support, such as DBAs, InfoSec, Networking, etc.
- Design and development of dashboards and reports in Power Bi from a maintained data set in Snowflake.
- Act as tier 3 support by fielding all support tickets escalated from tier 2. Perform root cause analysis, determine is solution, and execute remediation thru performing advanced configuration in Encompass. If needed, escalate to development team and monitor to ensure completion.
- Develop strong relationships with business owners and a solid understanding of their processes and data.
- Participate in team meetings and perform normal administrative duties such as status reporting. Assist leadership and management with various administrative tasks

Requirements

- 8+ years' experience as Encompass Administrator, including mastery of Form Builder and writing of business rules using VB.NET
- 2+ years report and dashboard development experience using Power BI
- 10+ years' experience with Mortgage Banking Operations, Secondary, or Production
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with Developer Connect and leveraging APIs for automation
- Encompass web form customization using Javascript, .Net, and C#
- Experience with Optimal Blue, Simple Nexus / nCino, SnapDocs, OCR, RPA, and AI
- Experience with Snowflake and ETL
- Experience authoring / trouble shooting SQL stored procedures
- Familiarity with design and development of Encompass plugins
- Previous implementation experience of mortgage related applications / systems
- Management experience in Mortgage Banking Operations, Secondary, or Production
- Ability to work hybrid from home and at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington PA
