Job Summary
Tim Hortons is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Restaurant Labour Programs to support the optimization of labour strategies across our restaurant network. This role plays a critical part in analyzing workforce data, developing labour programs, and driving efficiencies that enhance operational performance while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
Analyze restaurant labour data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Design, evaluate, and optimize labour programs, scheduling models, and workforce productivity initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to support labour strategy execution.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making at various leadership levels.
Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support labour planning and cost management.
Support compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best practices across regions.
