The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>The starting rate for this position is $17.50 / hour</span></p><p> </p><p><span>This is a seasonal position that will be located at 2200 Rental Car Center Pkwy College Park, GA 30337</span></p><p> </p><p><span>The seasonal window starts April 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.</span></p><p> </p><p><span>Schedule:</span></p><p>There are multiple full time schedules available. Candidates must be able to work weekends. </p><p><span>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li><span>Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand.
