Position: Sales Representative (B2B – Window Coverings) 100% Remote | Approx. 10% Travel | Startup Build‑Out Role We are seeking an experienced, driven Sales Representative with a strong experience in B2B sales within the window coverings, blinds, fabrics, or related manufacturing industry. As part of the company’s first sales cohort, you will play a critical role in building market presence, generating new business, and contributing to the foundation of a scalable sales function. This role is ideal for someone who excels in an unstructured environment, thrives in early‑stage growth settings, and can immediately produce results without formal training programs. Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and engage new B2B accounts within the window coverings, fabrication, or manufacturing sectors. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, industry networking, and relationship development. • Conduct virtual and in‑person meetings, product presentations, and sales calls to drive opportunities through the sales cycle. • Represent a wide range of product offerings—including fabrics, blinds, shades, components, and motorization systems—with technical understanding. • Collaborate cross‑functionally and adapt quickly as the company continues to scale its U.S. operations. Required Qualifications • Must have experience selling window coverings, blinds, fabrics, components, or related products. • Strong B2B sales ideally within the manufacturing or distribution space. • Previous outbound sales experience with proven pipeline‑building skills. • Self‑motivated and able to succeed with limited structure or oversight. • Comfortable working in a startup environment where processes are still being developed. • Willingness to travel (approx. 10% domestic). Occasional international travel is optional for product immersion. Preferred: • Existing book of business or industry relationships (highly valuable). This can impact your overall compensation/salary if you can help onboard new customers/clients.
