Your Tasks: • Customer acquisition: Build and execute a structured prospecting and outreach plan to win new customers across the EU, from first contact to signed contract. • Consultative Solution Selling: Lead technical and commercial discovery to translate customer needs into a clear solution scope, value proposition, and business case for energy storage applications. • Opportunity & Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline end‑to‑end (qualification, stakeholder mapping, decision process, competitive positioning), ensuring forecast accuracy and disciplined CRM hygiene. • Tendering & Bid Leadership: Drive RFIs/RFQs/tenders—coordinate technical inputs, commercial terms, risk positioning, and compliance requirements • Cross‑functional Deal Execution: Align Engineering, Product, Project Management, Legal, and Finance to deliver high‑quality proposals (scope, schedule, pricing, cash plan, risk/assumptions) and smooth handover after signature. • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on scope, performance expectations, warranty/service concepts, delivery model, and contract terms—closing deals while protecting margin and manageable project risk.
