Job Description

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, with experience in retail, strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and who enjoys working with people. Individuals with a passion for hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities are encouraged to apply!

Main responsibilities include:
  • Educating customers on the value and features of various products
  • Ensuring customers have everything they need for a successful hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking trip
  • Developing relationships with vendors to bring in the best products to meet our customers needs
  • Monitoring inventory levels, inventory turns, and ordering product
  • Researching and identifying potential new products and product lines to sell
  • Creating and executing unique merchandising to showcase key products and product categories
