In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing the brand to life delivering NFD styling, exceptional customer service, driving sales and supporting daily store operations. You’ll create a feel-good, inclusive store experience for all customers whilst</p><p>driving store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs</p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer Service: Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all customers—creating an inclusive, memorable store experience—through conversational selling, strong floor presence, upselling, styling, and proactive relationship-building. </li><li>Build and maintain a strong client book through consistent outreach and follow-up to drive sales targets.</li><li>Styling & Product Knowledge: Provide personalized styling advice tailored to each customer’s needs and lifestyle while maintaining up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of current collections, key pieces, fits, fabrics, seasonal trends, and NFD styling to confidently communicate the brand’s USPs and maximize selling opportunities.</li><li>Store Standards & Operations: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards while ensuring strong shop floor etiquette, supporting stock replenishment and inventory accuracy. </li><li>Assist with POS and cash handling, as well as keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Retail Experience: </strong>Retail experience preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential</li><li><strong>Systems: </strong>knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management and cash handling</li><li><strong>Problem-Solver: </strong>ability to adapt and find solutions in response to challenges, align with local activity or seasonal changes to ensure targets can be met</li></ul>
