WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will create opportunity and protect homeowners after storm damage. This is a professional sales role where you will:

  • Engage with homeowners daily to inspect and assess roofing needs
  • Educate customers on storm damage and insurance processes
  • Present clear, value-driven solutions
  • Train every day with mentors who push you to improve

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Training Period: $500 per week plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Year 1: $70,000 to $120,000+

Top Producers: $150,000 to $300,000+

Branch Leaders and Market Owners: $250,000 to $500,000+ annually through profit share and leadership overrides
