About the Company

We build immersive 3D experiences for Fortune 500 brands and major sports properties. NDA required.

The Role

Build high-quality, branded experiences in Roblox Studio that integrate with our proprietary platform. You'll work directly with our technical team to execute client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop branded environments in Roblox Studio
  • Import and optimize 3D assets (FBX/GLB format)
  • Script interactive elements using Luau
  • Implement commerce functionality within Roblox
  • Ensure compliance with Roblox and brand guidelines
  • Document technical workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional Roblox Studio development experience
  • Public portfolio of published Roblox experiences (mandatory - no portfolio = no consideration)
  • If projects are private/under NDA, provide viewable credentials or demo access
  • Strong Luau scripting skills
  • Experience with 3D asset pipeline and optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional maturity and reliability - we're a tight-knit remote team
  • North America-based or North American hours strongly preferred
  • must have an active Wise account to accept payment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with brand activations or retail experiences
  • Knowledge of external integrations and APIs
  • Blender or 3DS Max familiarity
  • React proficiency (significant plus)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.03 - $78.31 per hour
