We are currently seeking a Center Sales Associate or Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our busy retail center. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and may be responsible for opening and closing the store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing store personnel: recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching team members
  • Coordinate daily operations and assignments to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management and product availability
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Provide a variety of customer services, including:
  • Shipping/Mailing: Processing packages for customers
  • Mail Sorting: Handling incoming package and mail deliveries
  • Packing Services: Assisting with safe and professional packing
  • Passport Photos: Taking high-quality passport photos
  • Printing, Scanning, Faxing: Supporting customer document services
  • Notary Services: Verifying signers' identities and notarizing documents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required (College coursework or degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, and team motivation skills
  • Proficient with computers, internet, and basic office software
  • Physically able to lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks
  • A dynamic personality with a customer-first mindset
