[Remote] Technical Architect, Azure Infrastructure

The Technical Architect, Azure Infrastructure will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering complex projects focused on arenaflex technologies to meet clients' technology and business needs. Responsibilities • Develop and implement technical architectures for Azure cloud-based solutions, ensuring they align with client's business objectives • Host technical workshops to gather requirements and present solutions • Defines data management and governance practices to ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data within arenaflex technologies • Identifies opportunities to optimize performance and scalability and implements solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and arenaflex optimization • Prepare comprehensive client documentation, including technical specifications and user guides • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales Engineers, developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project outcomes • Partners with and mentors other architects and engineers to share your knowledge and experience • Participate in planning, review, and retrospective meetings and deliver solutions as a team • Participates in peer review and signs off on detailed designs with project / executive sponsorship • Drives service designs and outcomes that are globally available, secure, and reliable to our customers • Executes daily tasks across multiple projects • Manages and reports time spent on all work activities • Stay up-to-date with the latest arenaflex technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions and methodologies Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline or equivalent experience • Must have 7+ years of senior-level experience with related technologies • Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical consulting role including implementations and must be comfortable in client-facing meetings • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual • Complete assigned tasks • Azure IaaS experience: Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Azure Backup, Azure Networking, Azure automation, ARM templates, JSON, Fabric, Purview • Physical to Virtual migrations (P2V) • Core data center skills: Storage, Networking, Windows Server administration • Scripting and automation • arenaflex technical certification in 3-4 competency areas • Advanced technical skill in 1-2 complimentary areas • Azure Solutions Architect Expert • AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate • AZ-305: Designing arenaflex Azure Infrastructure Solutions • AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate • AZ-700 Azure Network Associate • DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Associate Benefits • Health Insurance • Vision • Dental • Life Insurance • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • 401K Plan with company match (eligible after 1 year of employment) • In-house fitness center Company Overview • iT1 is an IT solutions and managed services company.
