Responsibilities • Originate and execute licensing in, co development, and strategic collaboration deals for novel assets and platforms • Own end to end deal process from opportunity identification through diligence, valuation, negotiation, and contracting • Build and manage a high quality external network across biotech, pharma, investment banks, and venture groups • Drive internal decision making with cross functional leaders across R&D, clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial planning • Lead alliance governance for key strategic partners to ensure delivery of development and value milestones • Represent the company at major partnering forums and conferences, including JPM, to drive visibility and access to top tier opportunities Skills • 15 plus years in biopharma BD and transactions, with multiple closed high value deals as the primary deal lead • Deep experience in oncology and biologics, ideally including ADC, multispecific, or IO combinations • Strong command of term sheets, valuation, and complex rights structures • Proven executive presence with CEOs and boards, able to lead negotiations independently • Comfortable operating in a fast moving global organization and working fully remote in the US Company Overview • RBW Consulting is a life sciences talent & strategic consultancy.
