[Remote] Senior Manager, S/4HANA Data, Analytics & Reporting (REMOTE)

The Senior Manager, S/4HANA Data, Analytics & Reporting will be responsible for developing strategies for reporting and analytics in support of the OneRTX Process and Systems Transformation initiative, ensuring operational teams can execute their tasks effectively post go-live.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across workstreams, functions and businesses to develop the strategy and execution of reporting and analytics within workstreams in support of the OneRTX Process and Systems Transformation (oneRTX:PST) initiative, supporting the RTX ERP transformation
  • Responsible for identifying RTX and BU reporting needs within the workstreams and aligning those requirements to the ‘out-of-the-box’ reports available with S/4HANA and understanding the needs for customary reports leading the design, preparation and validation for Enterprise Services
  • Partner with the PST Data and Analytics team to enable a governed self-service and ad-hoc future state reporting model for reporting and analytics that is consistently reliable, in real-time and controlled, to accurately inform decision making
  • Support process readiness activities across cross-functional teams and workstreams to ensure operational teams can execute their day-to-day tasks as expected post go-live
  • Work with operational teams and stakeholders to develop consistency of reporting and analytics across Enterprise Services to ensure holistic reporting across the mission area, in real-time
  • By being a strategic thinker, develop and optimize the reporting and analytics service offering by increasing the service adoption across Enterprise Services, such as, self-service and ad-hoc reporting post go-live
  • Understand the internal control expectations for the reporting activities to ensure data is governed in a way that enables reliability, security of data and that restrictions are applied where necessary
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role by using the CORE Operating System in all aspects of your role to ensure processes are improved and problems are solved using robust and sustainable tools and methods
  • Travel requirements may require up to 25% travel to lead or participate in workshops and meetings

Skills

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in SAP Data, Analytics and Reporting and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
  • Experience with large data projects, including data readiness and validation activities across multiple business units within complex organizations
  • Experience working with Business Warehouse, Power Apps, Snowflake
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using KPI's to drive improvements
  • Proficient in the design and validation of analytics and reporting frameworks. Knowledge of self-service and ad-hoc reporting with the ability to define functional requirements for business intelligence tools and platforms
  • Experience with prior SAP, ECC or S/4 implementation or on other enterprise system implementation projects
  • Experience in driving adoption and change management
  • Proficient in the use of data modelling and reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Warehouse and Snowflake
  • Advanced CORE experience as a Champion or Professional
  • Ability to Travel up to 25%
