[Remote] National Director, Online Sales - Remote Opportunity

Smith Douglas Homes is seeking a National Director of Online Sales to provide strategic and operational leadership for all online sales activities. This role is responsible for maximizing conversion rates and delivering an exceptional online customer experience while leading a national team of Online Sales Consultants. Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop a national team of Online Sales Consultants to achieve best-in-class responsiveness, engagement, and conversion • Establish performance standards, KPIs, and accountability tied to business goals • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of OSCs • Ensure timely, high-quality responses to all online leads via phone, text, email, chat, and video • Develop standardized workflows, scripts, training programs, and customer experience protocols • Optimize lead management, qualification, nurturing, and seamless handoff to onsite sales teams • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership • Lead national adoption and optimization of HubSpot CRM and related sales technologies • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, digital performance, and customer experience • Support company-wide sales, digital, and customer experience initiatives Skills • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience • 5+ years of online sales leadership experience, preferably in residential homebuilding or a high-volume sales environment • Experience leading distributed or multi-division teams • Proven success improving conversion rates and sales performance • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) • Ability to travel to various company divisions as needed Benefits • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth • Collaborative, people-first culture • Growth and development opportunities Company Overview • Smith Douglas Homes builds new construction homes with integrity at an affordable price.
