Accountabilities • Develop and oversee national marketing initiatives for non-residential business. • Analyze customer insights and market trends to build strategic marketing plans. • Build measurable marketing programs that support sales team and drive customer loyalty. • Draft and coordinate customer-facing marketing campaigns and communications. • Manage the customer group marketing budget and vendor partnerships. • Lead marketing specialists to align local and national efforts effectively. • Facilitate collaboration and clear communication among strategic partners. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent B2B marketing experience. • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, particularly in non-residential markets. • Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful B2B marketing campaigns. • Strong analytical skills to utilize data for marketing decision-making. • Experience with MS Office 365 and marketing reporting tools. • Leadership experience with a focus on talent development and team collaboration.
