[Remote] Key Account Executive_Đồng Tháp

They are seeking a Key Account Executive who will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth within their territory, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for the in-market sales volume and growth rate of the territory in charge across all channels and customers
  • Identify key customers, growth drivers within the territory in charge and develop actionable plan to grow the territory in alignment with Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan
  • Develop Joint Corporation Plan (JCP) with key customers (VNVC, Long Chau, other assigned key accounts within the territory in charge)
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with excellence
  • Work closely with the other peers in Field force, brand team, brand activator and medical (MSL) to ensure One-Takeda image and One voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels nationwide
  • Be the key contact point who organizes two-way communication between the company and clients to information sharing and tight cooperation in products deployment to the market. This includes product knowledge and information training, product availability management, activities planning at HCOs/vaccination centers, etc
  • Identify key stakeholders in territory in charge to engage with and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts that will be aligned with overall Takeda Vaccine business and brand strategy
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for key external stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, HCOs, CDCs, hospitals, Institutes, and vaccination centers
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Planner, Activation team and MSL on strategic accounts (ePlus/VNVC, FPT Long Chau) planning and customer engagement initiatives both nationwide and region focused
  • Ensure consistent and compliant communication across all customer touchpoints aligning with Takeda-ism
  • Execute excellent commercial engagement activities as per Joint Corporation Plan
  • Provide HCPs and decision makers of hospital/ vaccination centers with on time and accurate data and information about product of Takeda and objection handling
  • Coordinate efficiently with internal cross functions to provide accurate information on time and to customers’ queries about product data and evidence, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities from Marketing, Medical and Commercial team and PV related matters
  • Provide Field force leaders with accurate monthly forecast of In-market-sales and in-arm data
  • Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities
  • Manage tender of public customers in the assigned territory
  • Ensure zero % of non-compliance for all activities and materials in execution
  • Stay abreast of market information and market trend (including updated news on regulation related to our business, customer insights, market insights, performance of territory and keep track in-arm data of our product, etc.) and provide on-time feedback and inputs to field force leaders, Marketing and Medical team that contribute to brand planning, JCP and impactful scientific engagement with HCPs
  • Make decisions, build plans and activities based on data-driven
