[Remote] Dotnet Developer(W2 only)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovatech Staffing is seeking a .NET Developer to lead cross-functional teams in application development and integration solutions. The role involves technical analysis, design, documentation, software development, and mentoring of other team members. Responsibilities • Lead the team to follow effective processes, policies, and continuous development of capability within the team • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, following of efficient and secure procedures for Systems Software Development with attention to all technical aspects • Participate in project management including: sizing, design, development, testing, and implementation • Lead other development team members to perform pros & cons analysis of best practices, technology platforms and tools in the areas of software development • Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders • Coordinate troubleshooting, solution implementation and validation to resolve software defects and technical issues as necessary • Develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software • Translate business requirements into technical specifications; collaborate with the IT Architecture team to design holistic IT solutions • Apply technical knowledge to solve a variety of technological challenges • Work with inter-disciplinary teams to ensure secure, reliable system implementations and upgrades are performed within defined project parameters • Adhere to SDLC, and project governance internal and regulatory (Sarbanes Oxley & Casino Regulatory Authority) guidelines, policies, and procedures • Create and maintain applicable system documentation • Mentor other IT Engineers • Cross-train and share both business and technology related knowledge with other IT Engineers • Work cross-functionally with IT peers and business partners • Communicate complex information to a non-technological audience • Prioritize work in alignment with the business’s needs • Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job • Performs other related duties as assigned Skills • .Net (latest), Python, .net blazer, React JS • arenaflex SQL, GCP BigQuery • API and Website development • GCP and Azure (no AWS) • Azure Devops backlogs and CICD • 21 years of age • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy • 3 years of experience in Information Technology • Minimum 4 years of experience performing in all phases of the software development life cycle • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing information systems using Java/arenaflex technologies and frameworks like SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Entity Framework and ASP.NET Web API • Minimum 3 years of experience of Object Oriented Design and standard design patterns • Minimum 2 years of experience in industry standard systems analysis techniques including data modeling, process modeling, data flow diagramming, Unified Modeling Language (UML), business process reengineering (BPR), and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) • Experience in test-driven development • Experience in data manipulation languages - performing CRUD operations via stored procedures, queries and triggers • Experience in data normalization, referential integrity, and indexing • Experience in Version Management tool such as GIT, SVN, VSS, and TFS etc • Experience in Devops Orchestration tools such as JIRA, JENKINS etc • Knowledge of Secure Coding practices • Ability to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications as well as the ability to adapt to various technologies and simultaneously work on multiple projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of key ITIL processes – Continuous Improvement, Change, Incident, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience • Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays • CRM Dynamics • GCP • Airflow • Apigee • GCP • Azure SQL • APP Services • Github Company Overview • At Innovatech Staffing, we specialize in connecting top-tier IT talent with innovative companies across the United States.
