[Remote] Customer Support Advisor with Czech - popular online shop

They are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist customers in Czech with various inquiries related to their orders and account management in a remote work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Answer calls (only inbound, no tele-marketing) and reply to e-mails from customers in Czech language
  • Help customers with their registration, profile settings, orders, delivery, returns and
  • Solve claims (lost package, damaged goods, partial returns, etc.)
  • Enter and maintain data up-to date in internal database; work with ticketing system
  • We work in shifts according to schedule:
  • Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 OR 11:30 - 20:00
  • Saturday and bank holidays 09:00-18:00
  • Weekly hours: 38,75

Skills

  • Fluent Czech written and spoken - intermediate English
  • Computer literacy, able to learn quickly
  • Multitasking, active listening, customer oriented
  • Remote work - internet speed at 25 Mbps/download minimum
