What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)

Key Skills:

  • Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
  • Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods.

**Please be aware that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability. Currently all of our roles include phone support.

Equipment and Internet Requirements

  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Desk and an ergonomic chair
