[Remote] Associate Partner, Business Consulting - Semi Conductor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of their North American Semi-Conductor practice. The role involves leading client teams on major transformation initiatives and contributing to solution development while managing senior-level client relationships across the semiconductor industry.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage senior-level client relationships across semiconductor OEMs, fabless companies, foundries, and equipment manufacturers
  • Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and account expansion
  • Lead proposal development, solution design, and deal shaping for strategic transformation programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation & consulting engagements with deep functional expertise in 2 or more business functions within Semiconductor industry segment

  • Develop and present thought leadership in semiconductor trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies

  • Collaborate with global teams to build domain capabilities and reusable solutions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
  • Digital transformation experience in the Semi-Conductor Sector
  • Strong Supply Chain Leadership experience
  • Experience in the Hi-Tech / Technology Sector is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or transformation roles, with significant exposure to the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements, ERP Lead digital transformations and client relationships
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor business models, technology trends, and operational challenges
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners
  • Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

  • An MBA with an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Media, or Technology business

  • Ability to provide guidance to stakeholders in understanding business value of the initiative
