General Summary Provides virtual nursing care to a diverse population of patients by using remote monitoring technology software and related electronic health record. Duties and Responsibilities Remote Work Capable Essential Functions: Coaches and mentors the novice nurse in developing clinical reasoning skills. Independently, and in partnership with clinical nurse, recognizes subtle changes in condition and assists in modifying the plan of care accordingly. Initiates emergency action in response to acute risk situations. Responds in a timely way to alarms and communicates/reports abnormalities promptly to clinical nurse.
