Your Role at SafelyYou The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for securing new logos, and managing the full sales cycle for smaller regional operators with seven communities or fewer. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can build relationships and engage with C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a hunter mentality, focusing on lead generation, contract execution, and successful handoff to account management and clinical success teams. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region, targeting smaller operators. • Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and lead generation through contract negotiation and execution. • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives through in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and ongoing communication. • Work closely with account management and clinical success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale. • Travel to attend state and regional conferences and events to promote SafelyYou's solutions and generate leads, up to 50% travel is required. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, to effectively position SafelyYou’s offerings. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to track progress against goals in our CRM • Provides prospect feedback on products, services, and policy to respective Company partners The Ideal Candidate • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales, • Senior Living experience is a plus • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and managing complex sales processes. • Strong prospecting skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Willingness to travel up to 50% for events and client meetings. • Passionate about our mission and our technology • Experience with G Suite, Office 360, Salesforce and Slack Why Join Us?
