Recruiting HR Content Evaluator

1. Role Overview

Collaborating with leading AI labs to engage Business Professionals with experience in recruiting, HR operations, and business tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. In this project-based engagement, you will help design realistic business tasks and evaluate AI model outputs across HR or general business workflows. This work directly contributes to improving AI systems’ performance on practical, domain-specific use cases. Engagements may be short-term or ongoing depending on project scope.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Create realistic recruiting, HR, and business operations tasks for AI evaluation

  • Develop structured exercises using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and common HR tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance

  • Identify gaps or errors in model responses and enhance outputs to meet professional standards

3. Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent operations, or general business operations

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization), Word, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with common HR tools (like BambooHR)

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

  • Ability to assess business documents for clarity, structure, and correctness

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
