QA Documentation Specialist

Job Description: • Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation which should be completed every day prior to the client's upcoming appointment. • Review and audit documents and patient records (e.g. LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant information and guidelines. • Identify areas where documentation is incomplete or inaccurate and work with the staff to correct any issues. • Help develop QA Processes for other teams. • Lead or support coaching sessions and training programs to newly hired therapists in the QA documentation process as needed.
