This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven individual to join our team as a PR & Communications Account Coordinator. This role is key to keeping accounts moving fast and flawlessly. You will support account leads across PR and communications initiatives, ensure campaigns are executed on time, and manage the day-to-day flow of creative and communication deliverables.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves organization, and knows how to keep creative work on track.

Responsibilities

  • Act in alignment with the company’s values, vision, and mission.

  • Support account leads with day-to-day PR and communications tasks across multiple accounts.

  • Research industry award opportunities and assist with award submission preparation and tracking.

  • Assist in building, monitoring, and measuring campaign performance, including tracking media coverage, email campaigns, and deliverables.

  • Develop performance reports and support analysis of account activities and results.

  • Use HubSpot to manage workflows, track tasks, log communications, and support reporting.

  • Coordinate creative production and trafficking, including scheduling deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring follow-through across teams.

  • Draft and edit emails, content pieces, and internal communications under the direction of account leads.

  • Proofread and quality-check content and creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

  • Order signage, collateral, and other materials from vendors as needed.

  • Conduct research for account leads related to industry events, products, services, and trends.

  • Join client calls, monitor ongoing correspondence, and provide real-time support.

  • Maintain organized records, meeting notes, and agendas for client and internal calls.



Requirements


  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting marketing communications, PR campaigns, social media, media relations, or creative teams.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and frequent priorities.

  • Experience with creative job production and trafficking, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time execution.

  • Strong follow-through skills with the ability to keep projects moving without constant supervision.

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/project tracking tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with research methods, basic data analysis, and campaign performance tracking.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving client and team needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or creative operations is strongly preferred.
