<strong>Your Job<br><br></strong>DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a <strong>Project Delivery Executive</strong> to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with self-performing capabilities and experience leading EPC Project teams with a balanced focus on development and execution.<br><br>This role can be based remotely within the U.S. and requires, at minimum, 50% travel to project sites and DEPCOM’s headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as the business requires.<br><br>This role does not provide VISA sponsorship.<br><br><strong>Our Team<br><br></strong>DEPCOM’s Project Delivery Organization specializes in executing comprehensive, turnkey PV, BESS, and Repower projects, complete with collection substations and generation transmission lines. We leverage strategic partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination with interconnection utilities nationwide. This approach not only streamlines our processes for client success but also empowers our supervisors to cultivate an environment where employees can fully realize their potential and excel in their roles.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee and direct project personnel on utility scale solar photovoltaic and BESS projects</li><li>Provide expert guidance on all project execution phases including schedule adherence, financial forecasting, risk mitigation, compliance with contracts, and quality controls.</li><li>Demonstrate proactive accountability for achieving project milestones, budget targets, and regulatory requirements while maintaining safety and environmental standards.</li><li>Set clear, measurable goals and performance expectations for Project Managers and their teams; regularly review progress and provide developmental feedback.</li><li>Conduct talent reviews and workforce planning to ensure the project organization has the right skills and strategies in place to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li>Guide the team to apply economic thinking in decision-making processes, focusing on value creation and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Provide input on project documentation related to contract administration, schedules, and budgets</li><li>Drive portfolio level planning, prioritize portfolio opportunities and mitigation efforts, leverage internal and external capabilities to drive advantaged solutions</li><li>Foster strong, trust-based customer and partner relationships that deliver mutual benefits and long-term success.</li><li>Create an environment where knowledge and ideas are shared proactively, challenge is solicited and encouraged while building trusted relationships internally and externally<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Leadership experience managing teams</li><li>Previous EPC project management and execution experience</li><li>Strong understanding of general business economics to support a sound decision-making process including budgets, schedules, prime and subcontract language</li><li>Negotiation experience with customers and subcontractors</li><li>Ability to travel at least 50% of the time</li><li>Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Put You Ahead<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master’s in business</li><li>Utility scale PV solar and BESS EPC project execution experience</li><li>Understanding of IRA compliance</li><li>Understanding of project development cycles<br><br><br></li></ul><em>For this role, we anticipate paying $165,000k- $200,000k per year.
