This role is responsible for aligning product strategy, roadmaps, platforms, and organizations to deliver durable customer and business value.</p><p></p><p>The Product Integration Leader operates at the intersection of product strategy, M&A integration, and organizational transformation, serving as a peer to Services and Commercial Integration Leaders.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>• Own the end-to-end product and portfolio integration workstream.</p><p>• Translate acquisition strategy into actionable product integration plans and milestones.</p><p>• Lead roadmap convergence across cloud, on‑premise, AI workflow, and enterprise imaging platforms.</p><p>• Integrate acquired products into SEI architecture, lifecycle, and modernization frameworks.</p><p>• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure GTM readiness, packaging, naming, and pricing alignment.</p><p>• Lead integration of product management organizations, roles, rituals, and decision frameworks.</p><p>• Standardize tooling (Aha/Rally, portfolio governance tools, analytics dashboards).</p><p>• Coordinate closely with R&D, QA/RA, Services, Commercial, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal.</p><p>• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.</p><p>• Represent the product workstream in integration governance and executive forums.</p><p>• Lead product-focused change management and communications.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p></p><p>• 8–12+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, enterprise software, or M&A integration.</p><p>• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.</p><p>• Experience in healthcare software or regulated technology environments preferred.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.</p><p></p><p><b>Desired Characteristics</b></p><p></p><p>• Strong strategic and operational leadership.</p><p>• Executive-ready communication and presence.</p><p>• Deep understanding of enterprise software product lifecycles.</p><p>• Ability to drive alignment in ambiguous environments.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.&#xa;&#xa;For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $176,000.00-$264,000.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
