Product Addition Support - Internship

Join Wayfair as a Product Addition Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and product onboarding.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formatting and managing product data using Wayfair’s internal tools.
  • Supporting communication with external partners to obtain missing product information.
  • Ensuring cross-functional teams are updated on progress and developments.
  • Learning the end-to-end process of product onboarding in a large-scale e-commerce operation.
  • Gaining insights into supplier management, data quality, and operations efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Organized, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools (Excel knowledge is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
