Create strategies, identify improvement opportunities, communicate effectively, gather necessary resources, assign tasks, and implement the strategy. Monitor progress and performance via plan versus actual. Resolve quality and delivery problems by working with stakeholders and suppliers. Coordinate with other areas in the organization to secure necessary resources and contributions for the strategy execution. Support meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the strategy within and beyond the project team. <br><br><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong> <br><ul><li> Develop and execute overall RM commodity strategy for responsible material/ commodity considering production volumes, part specification requirements, and capacity analytics.
