Join our team today and experience firsthand our dedication to supporting People First.<br><br><strong><strong>Job Description: Procurement Manager (Global IT & Infrastructure)<br><br></strong></strong><strong><strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong></strong>We are seeking a highly organized and commercially-driven <strong>Procurement Manager</strong> to lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for our global IT, software, and network infrastructure. This role is a critical blend of <strong>strategic negotiation</strong> and <strong>operational execution</strong>. You will be responsible for everything from high-stakes software renewals and legacy vendor governance to the physical logistics of international site build-outs and hardware migrations.<br><br><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong><strong><strong>Required Skills & Experience<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Strategic Sourcing & Category Management</li><li>Portfolio Oversight: Lead sourcing for Global Software (SaaS/Enterprise), IT Hardware, Professional Consultancy Services, and Network Equipment.</li><li>Infrastructure Build-Outs: Manage the procurement lifecycle for international site build-outs, including structured cabling, networking hardware, and connectivity services (ISP, DIA, and MPLS).</li><li>RFP Leadership: Oversee the full RFI, RFQ, and RFP process; coordinating with vendors to analyze bids, perform cost evaluations, and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.</li><li> Commercial Negotiation & Contract Governance</li><li>Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and complex commercial contracts (NDA, MPA/MSA, SOW/Order Form, DPA).</li><li>Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Legal, VMO, Data Privacy, and Information Security to ensure all contracts meet modern enterprise risk standards.</li><li>Legacy Remediation: Proactively engage long-term vendors to modernize outdated contracts, ensuring 100% compliance with current security guardrails and legal liability standards.</li><li> Operational Excellence & Global Logistics</li><li>Logistics & IOR Strategy: Oversee global device shipments and manage Importer of Record (IOR) strategies to ensure timely customs clearance and mitigate documentation gaps from vendors.</li><li>Financial Controls: Maintain CAPEX and OPEX trackers for IT equipment, ensuring all Purchase Orders (POs) are correctly liquidated against project codes and budget balances are communicated to stakeholders.</li><li>Specialized Spend Management: Implement and manage centralized payment policies for client-billable expenses to ensure transparency and ease of reconciliation for executive leadership.</li><li>Experience: 5-8 years in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of networking hardware (Cisco/equivalent), cabling standards, and the global telecommunications landscape.</li><li>Contractual Expertise: Strong experience in managing complex SaaS renewals and identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and SKU optimization.</li><li>Logistics Mastery: Experience navigating international customs, duties, and documentation requirements for global hardware deployments.</li><li>Communication: Ability to present complex savings data, logistics roadmaps,<br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>How We Partner To Protect You: </strong> </strong> TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
