Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging items
2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers
3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost optimisation
4. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
5. Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing data, and inventory tracking
6. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and storage
7. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards
8. Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems

5. Understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements

6. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
