Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead the strategy, definition, and launch of consumer-facing solutions and services that power our next-generation monetization ecosystem, adsenabled platforms, and valueadded customer experiences. This role owns the full solution lifecycle-from concept and business case through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.

You will drive complex, multi-team programs across engineering, product, UX, marketing, legal, finance, support, quality, and operations, ensuring cohesive, high-quality launches that meet customer expectations and business goals. You will also partner with external vendors, 3rdparty development vendors, and ecosystem partners to enable scalable, compliant, and innovative service capabilities.

This role is ideal for a Principal PM who excels at cross-functional orchestration, business program leadership, operational excellence, and consumer solution/service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of consumer solutions and services, from definition through launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Define program strategy, KPIs, roadmaps, and governance for solution and service initiatives.

  • Translate customer insights and business goals into clear requirements, launch criteria, and readiness plans.

  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, UX, marketing, legal, finance, support, and quality.

  • Enable monetization capabilities, including ads-supported experiences, value-added services, and customer engagement mechanisms.

  • Design and develop the integration of subscription frameworks, including offer structures, purchase flows, payment options, and lifecycle management.

  • Manage development team / vendor and partner relationships, ensuring delivery accountability and SLA adherence.

  • Ensure operational readiness, including support processes, documentation, training, and escalation paths.

  • Partner with GTM team for planning, launch execution, and post-launch performance tracking.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and influence.

Required Skills & Experience

Program Leadership

  • 10-15+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in consumer technology or digital services.

  • Strong experience with program governance, risk management, and KPI-driven execution.

Digital Solution & Service Expertise

  • Proven track record launching consumer-facing solutions or services across multiple platforms.

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, service UX, and operational readiness.

Monetization & Subscription Enablement

  • Experience with monetization models, ads-supported experiences, or value-added service frameworks.

  • Familiarity with subscription lifecycle, payment flows, or vendor integrations.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Experience managing 3rdparty development vendors, payment providers, or platform partners.

  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Technical & Cross-Functional Skills

  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, mobile/web platforms, or service delivery architectures.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to drive clarity and alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

The pay range for this role is$115,850to$178,400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
