Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards.</li><li>Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to evolving needs.</li><li>Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with clients and internal teams, with particular emphasis on enabling smooth migration efforts and transformation initiatives.</li><li>Oversee project execution through effective resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, guiding teams through agile ceremonies and delivery governance to ensure the successful delivery of modernization and migration projects.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with client executives, technical teams, and Slalom consultants to drive alignment and delivery excellence.</li><li>Leverage AI tools and techniques—such as generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk and timeline forecasting, and automation for reporting—to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.</li><li>Support business development through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions, while coaching and mentoring consultants and project managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.</li><li>Contribute to the evolution of Slalom’s delivery methodology, including the integration of emerging technologies like AI.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management, program management, delivery leadership, and solutioning, ideally in consulting and enterprise environments.</li><li>Proven success in delivering business or technology solutions</li><li>Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and project governance. </li><li>Experience leading large, cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery quality and client satisfaction.</li><li>Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity. </li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Strong business acumen, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Pragmatic Institute, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range is from 140k to 160k. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
