By centralizing analysis of these three interconnected areas, we can create more effective customer health predictions, allowing us to make metrics-driven decisions that directly affect revenue and customer value outcomes.<br><br>By consolidating data insights across pricing, pipeline, and customer health, this role enables deliberate and proactive revenue risk identification and supports leadership in executing data-driven GTM adjustments.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Metrics-Based Decision Focus<br><br></strong><ul><li>Pricing Optimization: Analyze price elasticity, deal conversion rates, and discounting trends to establish benchmarks and improve by 10%.</li><li>Pipeline Efficiency: Measure sales velocity (opportunity-to-close time), conversion ratios by stage, and lead-source ROI to improve forecast accuracy to within ±5%.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer Health <br><br></strong><ul><li>Review customer usage and pull manual reports to develop and track customer health scores using metrics like renewal rates, NPS, and product usage trends to support 98% renewal rate. </li><li>Transform this data into customer-specific/facing presentations through report pulling, data analysis, and design/formatting.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Cross-functional Alignment<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide weekly dashboards to sales, finance, and customer success, ensuring pricing and retention strategies are aligned and measurable.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Sales Performance Metrics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track quota attainment, conversion rates, average deal size, and rep productivity metrics to identify trends and coaching opportunities.</li><li>PSO sales lead submission and reporting in Salesforce (for Services and Education teams)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of pricing principles and pricing modeling</li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Demonstrate solid mathematical aptitude and comfort with numbers</li><li>Advanced computer skills including MS Excel.
