Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. </span></p><div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><ul><li>Instruct, and demonstrate expertise, around the commissioning and maintenance of electrical power distribution products and assemblies, including power circuit breakers, motor control centers, unit substations and power transformers, and protective relays.</li><li>Support and coordinate training events, including but not limited to, set-up, scheduling, travel, equipment, and material needs in conjunction with training coordinators and other personnel.</li><li>Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials.</li><li>Conduct student evaluations, course evaluations, cost tracking, and continuous improvement efforts within training programs</li><li>Apply knowledge of safe electrical work practices as described in National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standard 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and marketing functions to develop customer training programs and opportunities.</li><li>Be responsible for the development, delivery, and facilitation of instructor-led and virtual technical, safety, and power systems trainings.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><div><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>  </p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology from an accredited institution, or a technical certification from an accredited trade school, or military experience AND at least 5 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment OR in lieu of a degree/certification, minimum of 7 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment.</li><li>Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
