Your day to day

Due to growth and expansion in this region, we're looking for a Portfolio Revenue Manager to support a number of hotels in Japan.

You'll be an integral member of the Revenue Management for Hire team, responsible for pro-actively and cost effectively maximizing subscriber hotel room revenues, RevPAR and system delivery to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and as against budget growth targets across a portfolio of hotels within the Japan and Micronesia region. Your scope of work focuses on Room Accommodations, but may include conferencing and events and food and beverage outlets as we continue to evolve our services.

You will be the key driver of revenue generation data analysis and recommend logical, tactical and strategic initiatives. You will also promote desired revenue management work culture around the five Winning Ways of Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together.

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years experience within the Hospitality Industry in addition to a minimum of 3 years experience in a Cluster/Portfolio Revenue Management Environment.

You will currently hold an internationally recognized Degree in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing related field and have proven knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (Holidex Plus/Trust/Marsha), Property Management Systems (Opera) and Revenue Management Software Systems (Optims, Ideas, Rategain, Perform & Price Optimization).

You will have a proven ability in exceeding company targets, managing key stakeholders and the ability to be successful whilst working autonomously.

Japanese language proficiency is essential.
