Physician Liaison Account Manager


Summary:

Responsible for establishing relationships with physician practices, businesses and the community to reduce leakage, sell the continuum of services offered, and increase visibility, revenue and loyalty of the Virtua brand.

Position Responsibilities:

Physician Practice Account & Service Management

• Visit, solicit, manage, communicate, and serve the physician practices that are under the VMG (Virtua Medical Group) as well as non-VMG practices with the primary goal to reduce leakage when referrals are generated.

• Bring feedback on quality and service line issues back to the product leaders for improvement.

Business & Government Sales

• Initiate contact and establish relationships with the various small and medium size businesses that operate within the Virtua territories.

• Communicate, market, and sell the continuum of services that Virtua offers to increase visibility, revenue, and loyalty.

Community Outreach


Internal:

• Work with HR to educate the employee, contractor, and partner teams on the various and continuum of services Virtua offers.

• Education of our services will further improve our efforts to market the company.

•In this manner, there can be individuals that can be “tapped” to assist in efforts to establish the Virtua brand in the external world.

External:

• Work with Marketing on the various events around our serving community to spread the word of Virtua to increase loyalty and revenue.

Additional Responsibilities

• Interface with internal service line leaders.

• Establish a relationship with the product leads to understand the services, the collateral and information needed to promote a given product in the market.

• In addition, provide feedback from the marketplace to the product leads on what is required for product improvement.

• Interfacing with internal stakeholders (Marketing, IT, HR): Work with internal teams to further enhance the capabilities and tools required to increase loyalty with our consumers.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

3-5 years related experience required.

Ideal candidate possesses a combination of sales (transaction and solution selling) and customer service experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Experience within Virtua preferred.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:
 

Valid driver's license required.
