Essential Functions Strategy and Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive peer-to-peer fundraising strategy focused on growth, engagement, and impact. Manage all peer-to-peer fundraising strategies for AHS’s annual Walk for Animals event. Identify opportunities to leverage existing events, holidays (e.g., National Pet Day), and supporter milestones (e.g., birthdays, pet adoptions) for fundraising. Set campaign goals, track KPIs, and evaluate performance to optimize future efforts. Campaign Creation and Management Launch and manage digital campaigns and supporter toolkits for events like birthday fundraisers, memorial pages, walk/run fundraisers, and DIY initiatives. Oversee the setup and optimization of P2P fundraising platforms (e.g. Classy, JustGiving, Facebook Fundraisers). Develop content and messaging that inspires individuals to become fundraisers and ambassadors for animals. Fundraiser Recruitment and Support Cultivate relationships with supporters who are passionate about animals and want to make a difference through fundraising. Provide guidance, motivation, and recognition to fundraisers throughout their campaigns. Design and manage virtual and in-person opportunities to bring fundraisers together and celebrate their impact.
