Patient Contact Center Representative

About the position

A Patient Center Representative (PCCR) is the customer service liaison to each of our practices. The PCCR interacts with each patient with courtesy and respect using exceptionalmunication skills. The purpose of this position is to provide our patients with a seamless experience while following all UHS Policies regarding registration, scheduling, insurance verification and billing.
