Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing professional and friendly assistance in both German and English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
