Part-Time - Email Marketing Specialist (USA - REMOTE - CONTRACT)

POSITION PURPOSE: We are searching for an experienced email specialist to create marketing emails and deploy marketing campaigns through adhoc sends and automations. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering email marketing campaigns to consumers on behalf of our clients. The Email Marketing Specialist will partner with internal stakeholders to understand client objectives and success metrics in order to develop, define, and improve programs, as well as make recommendations to improve internal processes. This position will also participate in the development of standard operating procedures. You should be well-versed in Email marketing best practices, email deliverability, GDPR and CCPA Compliance. This position is a part-time, 20 hours/week position; 4 hours per day 5 days a week. This position has the opportunity to become permanent full-time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Create email templates using drag and drop as well as html coding • Develop email marketing campaigns within the Iterable environment • Deploy 3x monthly marketing campaigns • Deploy emails through automations and adhoc • Monitor email campaigns for deliverability, performance and bugs. • Regular reporting of email metrics • Updating of current email campaigns inclusive of automation • Audience segmentation in Iterable platform REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • 3+ years experience working in Iterable building emails, audience segmentations and journeys • 6+ years experience working with email marketing campaigns • Ability to analyze email campaign metrics to determine areas of concern and/or improvement • arenaflex Analytics a strong plus • General knowledge of Figma • General knowledge of arenaflex Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT) to aid in job function EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required. WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a contract, part-time position; 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day, weekdays. Remote US-only.
