What You’ll Do


As a Convenience Store Associate you will:

  • Deliver outstanding service by exceeding customer expectations and living our company purpose.
  • Promote a safe and secure workplace by following all safety procedures and reporting issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
  • Contribute ideas that help improve store operations, customer service, and overall results.
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines, including age-restricted sales, food safety, and product handling.
  • Perform a full range of cashiering duties: cash handling, making change, processing credit cards, lottery, checks, car wash services, and more.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves.
  • Receive and verify deliveries, ensure product quality, and follow proper handling procedures.
  • Fulfill virtual orders in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Perform deli clerk duties as needed, including food prep, packaging, and inventory control.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–3 months of retail or customer service experience a plus (but not required)

Certifications

  • Tanksmart C (company-provided)
  • Propane Dispensing Certification (site-dependent, company-provided)
