The Owner Account Administrator reviews Owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies.<br><br><strong>Tasks And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Reviews owner account contracts to ensure sales language and data requirements are defined accurately and align with company guidelines and policies. Collaborates with the Legal and Sales departments to resolve outstanding contractual data and/or language discrepancies. Provides feedback to management and department liaisons regarding contractual and workflow processes to maximize implementation opportunities.</li><li>Processes account set-up for new and revised owner accounts for assigned region. Creates supporting documents and billing packets in compliance with contractual agreements. Ensures accounts, supporting documents, and billing packets reflect contractual language and data accurately. May be responsible for administering owned and/or leased intercompany contracts (i.e. processing renewals, reductions, lease terminations, etc.) </li><li>Effectively communicates with customers regarding account inquires (i.e. contract changes, contractual language, program hours, fee calculations, etc.). Partners with other department liaisons to triage problem resolution. </li><li>Prepares quality control reports. Responsible for analyzing reports to ensure contractual information transferred accurately. Generates adhoc reports to determine transactional trends and compile monthly metrics. Interacts with the Legal and Sales departments to provide analytical and problem resolution support as it relates to contract discrepancies.
