Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Team Member to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth night operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cashiering, and food handling, with a strong focus on efficiency and teamwork during evening hours. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic food service environment while developing valuable skills in the food industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency, including upselling menu items when appropriate
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed throughout the shift
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests during night hours
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of each shift
  • Support team members in completing nightly closing procedures

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and food safety standards
  • Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy nights
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices within a food industry setting
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
  • Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
