This individual will serve as the primary point for residents and should be passionate about enhancing the resident experience and local community. Culture fuels us here at Domain, that's why we host Company volunteer days, community engagement and volunteer opportunities, and team building events such as Company outings. <BR><BR><STRONG>What you'll be doing:</STRONG> <BR><UL> <LI>Monitor entrances, exits, and all activity in front lobby; maintain visitor and vendor logs.</LI> <LI>Manage package room - Log, organize, and distribute packages.</LI> <LI>Document and communicate incidents/accidents at the property to the leadership team.</LI> <LI>Be readily available to resolve any problems or dissatisfaction of the residents, within company policy.</LI> <LI>Take maintenance requests, as needed.</LI> <LI>Hand out team member business cards and gather information for follow up (after office hours only).</LI> <LI>Provide access to the community for resident's guests, deliveries, and other special requests from management and/or residents with prior written approval.</LI> <LI>Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community.
