Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

Kindred Bravely is looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day business functionality as it relates to operations and inbound and outbound logistics within our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Purchase Order Management

  • Maintain accurate product and purchase order data within NetSuite.
  • Open new purchase orders based on approved production plans.
  • Validate purchase order details (quantities, pricing, dates, terms, SKUs) for accuracy.
  • Ensure finalized purchase orders are properly communicated to warehouse partners for receiving.
  • Support updates or revisions to POs as production timelines shift.

Inventory Accuracy & Channel Availability

  • Monitor inventory availability across Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, and other sales channels.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately reflected in NetSuite and downstream systems.

Inbound & Receiving Support

  • Coordinate with warehouse partners to confirm receipt of inbound shipments.
  • Validate receiving documentation and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Assist in resolving inbound discrepancies or receiving variances.

Outbound Issue Resolution

  • Manage one-off outbound order issues, including shipment exceptions, allocation discrepancies, or fulfillment errors.
  • Partner with Customer Care and warehouse teams to resolve order-related concerns quickly and accurately.
  • Escalate recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Systems & Operational Support

  • Support ongoing system integrity across NetSuite and connected platforms.
  • Assist with data audits, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual errors.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external warehouse partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day execution.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
