Infinity Systems Engineering Ltd. is a Bristol based Systems and Safety Engineering Consultancy focused on the successful delivery of engineering projects in multiple sectors.

We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team to support our daily operations and a wide-range of exciting projects. 

If you have experience in administrative and/or business support tasks such as coordinating services and duties, handling documentation, scheduling and attending meetings and events, process invoices and expenses, among others; and like working in a friendly, relaxed and fun environment, ISE is the place for you.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including supporting the engineering team by carrying out some project managements tasks which will provide you with great experience, you will also be involved in essential operational activities including processes, quality and social media management.

Please be aware that for this role you may be eligible for SC clearance and therefore be either British National or have lived in the UK for more than 5 consecutive years.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing.
  • Time management, organisational and multitasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
  • Able to display confidence, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities.

Skills / Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in a business environment.
  • Financial software experience would be of benefit.
  • Understanding of basic business concepts.
  • Extensive experience managing Microsoft Office.
  • General operations administration and updating spreadsheets and processing invoices/orders.
  • Understand basics of social media websites.
  • Ability to arrange cost-effective events and business-related activities.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with engineering business environment.
  • Experience in business process management.
  • Knowledge of document management systems.
  • Understanding or experience in Project Management tools/concepts.
