As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and messaging platforms.

  • Assist customers with order placement, product information, refunds, and troubleshooting.

  • Escalate complex queries to the relevant support team when necessary.
